The Forged in Kol paring knife is the workhorse of the kitchen. With a 5” blade and a 1.5” heel giving a lot of blade to work with but not to much that it gets in the way. The blade is  forged from 15n20 carbon steel giving rust resistant simulator to stainless with the ease of sharpening of carbon steel. 
 Handle is Green Swirl Micarta and natural canvas micarta with yellow g10 spacers and  brass pins.
